These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Claire mobile application ("App") operated by Bluehoney Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Claire is a beauty product discovery app that analyzes TikTok and Instagram videos to identify makeup and skincare products. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Claire offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for eligible users. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone or iPad Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers including Amazon, Sephora, and Ulta. We may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you.
Product identification is powered by artificial intelligence. Results may not be 100% accurate. We make no guarantees that identified products match exactly what is used in any video. Always verify products independently before purchasing.
All content, design, and code within the App is owned by Bluehoney Creative LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluehoney Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
